I am a cognitive behavioural therapist, fertility counsellor and a counsellor, interested in teaching clients to become the best version of themselves, believing that changes are possible if we are blessed enough to encounter the right teacher at the right time.
I nurture a sincere interest in discovering the hidden child within my clients, as I believe that whatever we struggle with today it was developed in the childhood stage of life, therefore my mission is to enable my clients to act as the adult their inner child needed.
My approach
I believe our mind, body and soul are one, and when supporting clients, I always try to look at them as a unique microcosm in continuous motion, able to learn, change and readapt.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is my foundation approach, but I would tailor it according to your own personal needs and expectations. Being an expat, having met and loved people from different background and religions, I am open and competent in supporting ethnic minorities, specific religious groups. I understand and welcome diversity, strongly believing that being diverse is powerful and must be praised and encouraged.

As a CBT therapist and fertility counsellor, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals and couples navigating the emotional challenges of infertility. I work as part of a multidisciplinary team at a fertility clinic, where I provide tailored therapeutic care to help clients manage anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship strain related to fertility issues. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and feel empowered throughout their fertility journey.

I support children and adolescents who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety, stress, or low mood
- Self-esteem and confidence issues
- Family conflict or relationship difficulties
- School, peer, or academic pressures
- Emotional regulation and behavioural challenges
- Adjustment to change, separation, or loss
Children and Young People Counselling (Age 9-18)
At Bridge of Life Therapy, I offer a warm, compassionate space where children and young people can express themselves freely and feel genuinely understood. Growing up today can bring unique challenges — from school pressures and friendship worries to family changes and the effects of social media. Counselling offers a supportive and confidential space to make sense of these experiences.
Each young person is unique, so my approach is always tailored to meet their individual needs. I combine talking therapy, creative expression, and evidence-based methods such as CBT, allowing space for both thought and feeling. Depending on their age and personality, we might use art, stories, or metaphors to help them connect with their emotions in a way that feels natural and safe.

My aim is to help young people develop resilience, self-awareness, and confidence in expressing who they are. I work holistically — recognising the deep connection between mind, body, and soul — and often help them reconnect with their inner strengths and sense of balance.
Where appropriate, I also support parents and carers to better understand and communicate with their child, while maintaining the young person’s privacy and trust.
Therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery — helping children and young people move forward feeling calmer, more confident, and empowered.

Fertility Counselling
Fertility challenges can be deeply emotional and often impact every aspect of life — from self-esteem and relationships to one’s sense of identity and hope for the future. As a counsellor experienced in supporting individuals and couples through fertility difficulties, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore these complex feelings and experiences.
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally, undergoing fertility treatment, facing infertility, or considering other paths to parenthood, counselling can provide a place to process emotions, find clarity, and feel less alone in the journey.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a holistic perspective that acknowledges the connection between mind, body, and soul. This allows space not only for emotional processing but also for nurturing self-compassion, releasing shame, and reconnecting with your inner strength.

I support clients through:
- The emotional impact of infertility and treatment
- Grief and loss after miscarriage or failed cycles
- Relationship strain and communication challenges
- Anxiety, guilt, or self-blame
- Decisions around IVF, egg/sperm donation, or alternative routes to parenthood
- Reconnecting with a sense of purpose and hope
Fertility counselling can help you feel more grounded and supported, offering tools to manage anxiety, reduce isolation, and restore emotional balance. Together, we can explore ways to navigate this chapter with understanding, resilience, and compassion.
If you’re currently struggling with fertility issues, you don’t have to face it alone. You’re welcome to reach out for an initial conversation to see how counselling could support you.
